


NEW BOOKING POLICY
Effective immediately, all appointments will require a credit card on file for authorization. Your card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation or a no-show. This replaces the previous 40% deposit.
- Cancellations: To avoid fees, please cancel at least 48 hours before your appointment.
- Late Cancellations: If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service price.
- No-Shows: If you do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the service price.
- Reschedule: To Reschedule you must call 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. It cannot be rescheduled online.
